创新驱动背景下河南自贸区创新型人才建设研究

Research on the Construction of Innovative Talents in Henan Free Trade Zone under the Background of Innovation-driven

在国家大力推进创新驱动发展的大背景下,创新型人才的培养对推动区域经济转型发展和创新驱动发展作用和地位越来越突出,创新驱动的实质就是人才创新驱动。中国(河南)自由贸易试验区(以下简称河南自贸区)的提出为河南经济腾飞注入了新的活力。本文从创新驱动与创新型人才培养两个方面入手,系统研究了创新驱动和创新型人才培养之间的关系以及创新驱动和创新型人才对河南自贸区建设的重大意义,通过分析河南自贸区人才政策现状及存在的问题,提出了河南自贸区创新型人才建设的对策。

Under the background of the countcy＇s vigorous promotion of innovation-driven development, the cultivation of innovative talents has become more and more important in promoting regional economic transformation and innovation-driven development. The essence of innovation-driven is the drive for talent innovation. The proposal of China （Henan） Free Trade Zone （hereinafter referred to as Henan Free Trade Zone） has injected new vitality into the economic development of Henan Province. This paper, starting from two aspects： innovationdriven and cultivation of innovative talents, systematically studied the relationship between innovation-driven and the cultivation of innovative talents, and great significance of innovation-driven and innovative talents for the construction of Henan Free Trade Zone. By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of talents policies in Henan Free Trade Zone, this paper put forward countermeasures for the construction of innovative talents in Henan Free Trade Zone.
