现代学徒制下高职院校“师傅型”师资培养现状与问题研究

Research on the Status and Problems of "Master" Teachers' Training in Higher Vocational College under Modern Apprenticeship

当前,社会各行业中出现"用工荒"现象,这不是缺少工人,而是缺少技术人才。国家大力发展各行各业,这就需要大量的技术人才到一线来支撑其发展。如何能顺应时代潮流培养出大量技术人才,这就需要高职院校的教师既具有扎实的理论基础,又要有熟练的职业技能。文章从"师傅型"师资的现状分析入手,剖析高职院校"师傅型"师资培养存在的一些问题,并针对问题提出一些改革的建议。

At present, all the industries in the society experience a labor shortage, which is not the lack of workers, but a lack of technical talents. The country vigorously develops all walks of life, which requires a large number of professional technician to lush to the first-line jobs to support development. To bring up large number of technical talents conforming to the trend of the times, the teachers of higher vocational college should be required with both solid theoretical foundation and skilled professional skills. This paper analyzed the current situation and some problems of ＂master＂ teachers＇ training in higher vocational colleges, and put forward some reform suggestions to solve these problem.
