摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法结合气相色谱—质谱联用技术比较了百里香、迷迭香和柠檬香蜂草3种唇形科植物精油的挥发性组分差异。结果表明,唇形科植物精油具有丰富的挥发性组分,本研究在不同唇形科植物精油中检测到18种单萜、18种倍半萜、25种单萜衍生物、2种倍半萜衍生物及16种酮、酯、酸类化合物共79种挥发性物质。不同唇形科植物精油组分差异较大,百里香植物精油组分最多,具有51种化合物;其次为迷迭香和柠檬香蜂草精油。百里香酚、1,8-桉叶素和香叶醛分别对百里香、迷迭香和柠檬香蜂草植物精油的贡献率最高。
The essential oils of different Lamiaceae plants including thyme, rosemary and lemon balm were extracted by steam distillation extraction and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometric. A total of 79 volatile compounds were identified, mainly including 18 moneterpenes, 18 sesquiterpenes, 25 moneterpenes derivations, 2 sesquiterpenes derivations and 16 aldehydes, ketones, and esters. However, the volatile composition was different between different essential oils from different Lamiaceae plants. Essential oils of thyme showed the most abundant volatiles(51) and followed by rosemary and lemon balm. Thymol, 1,8-cineole and geranial played important role in the composition of essential oils.
