商用空调压力传感器批量校准系统的研制

Development of Multi-channel Calibration System for Commercial Air Conditioning Pressure Sensor

本文研制了一种商用空调压力传感器批量校准系统,该系统主要由主控模块、压力控制模块、温度控制模块、多路硬件校准模块组成。主控模块实现温度与压力校准,并对传感器进行温度补偿;压力和控制模块提供了精准的压力与温度;多路硬件校准模块实现系统可以一次性连接多路传感器。通过实验,对采集的数据进行一次性评价,结果表明该系统一致性可靠,可以满足生产要求。

A Multi-channel calibration system for pressure sensor applied in commercial air conditioning was success-fully developed. The system was mainly composed of main control module, pressure control module, temperature control mod-ule and muhi-channel hardware calibration module.The main control module realized temperature and pressure calibration and makes temperature compensation for the sensor. Pressure and control modules provided accurate pressure and tempera-ture.The multi-channel hardware calibration module realized that the system could connect multiple sensors at one time. Through the experiment,the collected data were evaluated once,and the results showed that the system was consistent and reliable and could meet the production requirements.
