摘要
电动车控制系统作为电动车的核心部分,其控制性能的好坏直接决定了电动车运行时的稳定性和可靠性。针对传统电动车控制器的开发均采用市场上的通用8位微处理器导致性能受限,将32bit MIPS架构的电机专用控制芯片M3作为主控芯片引入电动车控制系统中,并对电动车控制器硬件包括功率驱动电路、电流检测电路、位置检测电路进行改进后,设计出新型控制系统,实现电路集成化,并详细分析了系统部分硬件电路改进设计。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现电动车直流无刷电机控制器的各种控制功能,既简化了控制电路,也提高了性能。
Electric vehicle control system is the heart of the EV,its performance directly influence the stability and reliability when EV running.Traditional development of EV controller often used general 8bit MCU which may cause performanee limited.This design use chip M3 whieh based on MIPS arehiteeture and ASIC for motor control.And it improved hardware eontroller ineluding power drive eircuit,eurrent deteetion eireuit, position deteetion eireuit,whieh simplified the eontrol eireuit and aehieved a higher ratio in pefformanee. The experiments showed that the system eould eontrol the brushless DC motor of EV. It also simplified the system and improved its performanee.
