Research on problems and countermeasures of automatic monitoring system operation of water pollution sources

本文主要对水污染源自动监控系统运行存在的问题及对策进行了研究。首先介绍了本文的研究背景、意义和目的。其次指出水污染源自动监控系统运行存在的问题:有些企业思想认识陈旧;管理体制不完善;缺乏必要的人才保障;日常监管难度较大。最后有针对性地探讨并提出相应对策:全面提升企业的思想认识;有效完善管理体制;加强专业人才队伍建设;引进并完善第三方运营模式。

This paper mainly studies the problems and countermeasures of the operation of automatic monitoring system for water pollution sources. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance and purpose of this paper. Secondly, it points out the problems existing in the operation of automatic monitoring system of water pollution sources： some enterprises have old-fashioned ideas; the management system is imperfect; lack of necessary talent protection; and daily supervision is difficult. Finally, we will discuss and propose corresponding countermeasures in a targeted manner： comprehensively enhance the enterprise＇s ideological understanding; effectively improve the management system; strengthen the construction of professional talents; and introduce and improve the third-party operation model.
