摘要
本研究选取使用量较大的偶氮染料(酸性红73)作为目标污染物,利用废弃的铁刨花对酸性红废水进行脱色处理,并外加弱磁场来加速还原脱色(-N=N-断裂)过程。结果表明,当铁刨花投加量为30 g/L时,50 mg/L的酸性红染料废水在反应10 min可完全褪色。本研究利用废弃铁刨花处理染料废水可达到"以废治废"的目的,清洁高效,具有重要的应用价值。
This research selects azo dye(acid red 73) used in large quantities as the tarfet pollutant, and the waste iron scraps were used to decolorize the acid red wastewater. In addition, external weak magnetic field was applied to accelerate the reduction decolorization(–N=N-breaking). The results showed that 50 mg/L acid red wastewater could be completely decolorized at 30 g/L iron scraps dosage. In this study, the use of waste iron scraps to treat dye wastewater can achieve the purpose of ‘treating waste with waste', which is clean and highly efficient and has important application value.
