ICP-OES法测定成都市地表水中的金属元素 被引量:2

Determination of metal elements in surface water in Chengdu by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)

摘要 以成都市地表水样作为研究对象,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)建立了直接测定地表水中钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、锰、锌7种金属元素含量的测定方法,结果表明:回归方程的相关系数均大于0.999,测定的灵敏度、精密度、准确度均满足分析要求。该测定方法快速准确,可进行多元素同时分析,大大简化了分析程序。 Using the surface water sample of Chengdu city as research object, the determination method of 7 metal elements, which are K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, in surface water is established by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The results show that the regression formula is the regression formula. The correlation coefficient of the process is more than 0.999. The sensitivity, precision and accuracy of the determination meet the requirements of the analysis. The method is fast and accurate, can be used for simultaneous analysis of multiple elements, which greatly simplifies the analysis procedure.
