天使投资助力高校科研成果产业化应用模式的思考

Thoughts on Angel Investment Helping the Application Mode of Scientific Research Achievements in Universities

加速度推进高校科技成果产业化是实现我国创新驱动发展总战略,有助于促进产业转型升级,更好地激发科技创新原动力,因此,推进高校科研成果产业化进程已经成为高校和企业相互协调创新急迫的重要课题。论文章针对国内高校科技成果产业化率不高的现状,重点分析了高校科研成果产业化现实存在的障碍,并针对科研成果产业化过程中所需的资金瓶颈问题提出是否可以引入股权投资方式中的天使投资基金,最后提出天使投资融入国内高校成果产业化过程的三种模式。

Acceleration to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in universities is the realization of China＇s overall strategy of innovation-driven development, which helps to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and better stimulate the original driving force of scientific and technological innovation. Therefore, promoting the industrialization of scientific research results in universities has become an urgent and important issue of innovation between universities and enterprises to coordinate. This paper focuses on the current situation of the low industrialization rate of scientific and technological achievements in domestic universities, and analyzes the obstacles in the actualization of scientific research results in universities, and proposes whether it can be introduced into the equity investment method in view of the bottlenecks required for the industrialization of scientific research results. And the paper finally proposed three modes of merger of angel investment into the industrialization process of domestic university results.
