土地制度改革近十年研究进展——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Review on Land System Reform in the Past Ten Years——A Visualized Analysis Based on Citespace Software

随着我国经济社会转型和全面深化改革,现有土地制度的不适应性日益凸显,进一步深化土地制度改革迫在眉睫。文章从发文量及时间分布、高频引用文章、研究热点和趋势、研究内容分类等方面切入,利用Citespace软件将中国知网数据库中核心期刊和CSSCI来源期刊2008~2017年间关于土地制度改革的674篇论文作可视化分析。结果表明,研究热点涉及农村农业改革、新型城镇化以及会议政策解读等;研究趋势从宏观层面的制度改革转向微观层面的"三农"问题。最后,系统梳理"三农问题""新型城镇化""宅基地制度""土地产权""农地流转"五方面研究内容,以期为完善我国土地制度改革提供理论依据。

With transformation of China＇s economy and society, the inadaptability of the original land system was increasingly prominent. A total of 674 papers from 2008 to 2017, in the CNKI database were visually analyzed by Citespace, displaying in publication volume, research hotspots and trends, classification of research contents and so on. The result showed that research hotspots involved rural agricultural reforms, new urbanization, and interpretation of conference policies; research trends shifted from macro-level to micro-level. Finally, five main contents were stated in this paper such as, ＂issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers＂, ＂new urbanization＂, ＂homestead system＂ and ＂land property rights ＂, ＂land transfer＂. It was expected to provide references to the reform of land system in China.
