Evaluation of Satisfaction Degree on the Use of Chinese Eastern Railway Park in Harbin

铁路的线性结构、跨区性等特点对将铁路遗产合理化改造为公园造成很多困难,且目前国内外缺乏从使用者的角度探知铁路遗产公园改造是否合理的实践研究。文章选取哈尔滨市中东铁路为案例,从使用者的行为体验和心理需求出发,利用调查问卷、访谈、SD量表法及Eviews软件做相关性分析等方法定性定量地探究影响铁路遗产公园整体印象的影响因子,归纳总结面向公园的铁路遗产改造时面临的服务功能、空间形态单一及文化渗透等问题并提出有针对性的优化建议,以求为同类型铁路遗产公园保护与改造提供参考。

The linear structure and cross section of railways caused many difficulties in the rational transformation ofRailway Heritage to parks, and there is few practical research on the rationality of building Railway Heritage Parkfrom the viewpoints of users, This article chooses the Harbin Chinese Eastern Railway Park to qualitatively andquantitatively analyze the influencing factors to the overall impression of the park from act experiences andpsychological needs of users by using questionnaires, interviews, SD scale method and Eviews software, The aim ofthe study is to sort out the problems facing the railway heritage transformation to park, such as service function,unitary space form and cultural infiltration, and then come up with targeted optimization recommendations in order toprovide references for the protection and renovation of the similar type of railway heritage park.
