误诊为脑胶质瘤复发的放射性脑损伤1例报告并文献复习

Radiation-induced brain injuries misdiagnosed as glioma recurrence (a report of 1 case and review of literature)

目的探讨复发胶质瘤与放射性脑损伤的差异性及相应的处理方法。方法回顾性分析南京医科大学附属苏州医院收治的1例误诊为胶质瘤复发的放射性脑损伤患者的临床资料;并复习相关文献。结果行手术切除患者的脑部病灶,术后经病理学检查证实为放射性脑损伤,而非胶质瘤复发。结论脑胶质瘤复发与放射性脑损伤的鉴别需要通过多种手段来提升其诊断的准确性及可靠性,需针对不同病因选择合适的处置方式,以获得更好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the difference between recurrent glioma and radiation injury, and the corresponding therapeutic method. Methods The clinical date of a patient with radiation necrosis misdiagnosed as recurrent glioma was analyzed retrospectively and literature was reviewed. Results The patient appeared like recurrent glioma was proved to be radiation necrosis by pathology exanfination finally. Conclusions Methods that taken to distinguish recrudescent glioma from radiation necrosis should be improved to elevate the precision and reliability. Specific therapeutic strategies are required to ameliorate the patients＇ outcome.
