Cultivation of Students' Intercultural Communication Ability under the Mode of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

进入21世纪以后,全球对跨文化交流人才的需求愈发强烈。对于这种国际化人才的需求,更多的是对于能力的需求。这种能力既是学习的能力,也是交流的能力和表达的能力。在中外合作办学模式下,高校应提升语言教学和文化教学在跨文化交流能力培养过程中的地位;引导学生了解不同文化背景下人的世界观、价值取向;利用多种方式突出中外文化对比,切实加强学生跨文化交流能力的培养。

After entering the twenty-first century,the global demand for cross-cultural communication talents becomes more and more intense. The demand mainly lies in their ability in learning,communication and expression. In cooperatively-run universities,great emphasis should be laid on language education and cross-cultural communication skills as well. The differences in vision of the world and value orientation in different cultures should be imparted to students. Comparison and contrast between different cultures will greatly help improve students’ ability in cross-cultural communication.
