摘要
光学相干断层扫描(OCT)是一种可以对生物组织实时、在体、高灵敏度、高分辨率及非侵入性的光学成像方法。它可以从微观结构上显示组织断层的三维立体形态结构图像,又可以显示组织的吸收、散射、血液流速等功能信息,其分辨率接近组织病理切片水平。通过与消化道内镜、穿刺针、导管及腹腔镜等装置结合,可以明确组织微观结构、淋巴结性质、肿瘤边界,未来腹腔镜OCT可实时确定肠管切除范围及淋巴结清扫范围,因此OCT技术在胃肠肿瘤性疾病中的诊断治疗及临床应用中有极大的潜力。
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a real-time, in-vivo, high-sensitivity, high-resolution and noninvasive imaging method for biological tissues. It can display three-dimensional morphological structure image of the tissue fault from the microstructure, and can also display- the functional information such as absorption, scattering, blood flow velocity- of the tissue,and its resolution is close to the level of histopathological section. By combining with endoscopes, puncture needles, catheters and laparoscopes, OCT can show the microstructure,lymph node nature,and tumor boundaries. Future laparoscopic OCT can determine the range of bowel resection and lymph node dissection in real time. Therefore, OCT is a diagnostic and therapeutic method for gastrointestinal tumor diseases with great potential in clinical applications.
