摘要 针对韶钢烧结烟气镁法脱硫废水处理工程运行以来存在的重金属铊不能稳定达标、系统堵塞、处理成本高的现状,对脱硫废水重金属处理药剂配方进行优化和工程验证。一年多的工程运行结果表明,外排水中铊的质量浓度能够稳定控制在2μg/L以下,其他重金属指标能够达到GB 13456—2012《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》的要求,彻底解决了系统堵塞、处理成本高的问题。 In order to solve the problems such as heavy metal thallium could not reach the discharge standard stably, system blocking, high treatment cost, which happens during the operation process of desulfurization wastewater treatment by sintering flue gas magnesium method in Shaogang company, the agent formula for desulfurization wastewater treatment was optimized and proved through actual project. The running results of a project that has been operated for more than one )Tear showed that the mass concentration of thallium in the effluent water was controlled bellow 2 μg/L, the other heavy metal indexes could meet the requirement of GB 13456-2012 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry, more than that, the problems of system blocking and high treatment cost were also solved.
