割拔管技术在煤矿防治水区域治理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在对割管工具、割管位置和割管过程进行详细介绍的基础上,以峰峰集团辛安矿北翼地面区域治理工程为例,对割管技术的实际应用过程进行了说明。结果表明,割管拔管技术对今后完善区域治理工程定向水平分支孔钻井施工技术意义重大,同时为井下打捞及钻探事故处理提供了技术支撑;可实现主孔段及造斜段的一孔多用,避免多分支孔施工狗腿度偏大的问题,可根据生产地区的安排及时调整分支孔施工顺序,减少钻探工程量,提高钻孔施工效率。 On the basis of detailed introduction to the pipe cutter cutting position and cutting process, taking the Fengfeng Group Xin’an coalmine north limb surface regional governance as example, carried out illustration of pipe cutting technique practical application process. The result has shown that pipe cutting and extraction techniques have great significance to improve directional horizontal multi-lateral borehole drilling in regional governance engineering henceforth, provide technical support to underground drilling tool fishing and borehole accident processing. Meanwhile can realize multi-purpose of borehole main segment and curve segment, avoid the issue of multi-lateral borehole drilling dogleg severity too large. Thus according to production area operation arrangement, can adjust multi-lateral borehole drilling sequence, reduce drilling work load, improve borehole drilling efficiency.
