石家庄地区医护人员对安宁疗护的态度及影响因素

Discussion on the attitude and influence factors of medical and nursing staffs on hospice care

目的了解医护人员对安宁疗护的认知、态度及影响因素。方法对石家庄地区426名医护人员进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 23. 0统计软件进行数据处理和分析,用频数及百分比进行统计描述,影响因素采用卡方检验分析。结果在调查的医护人员中91. 3%知晓安宁疗护,年龄较长、具有较高学历及职称的医护人员对安宁疗护的知晓率较高。在态度上,医护人员有49. 5%选择接受安宁疗护,职称高、工作年限长、年龄长、已婚、男性的医护人员接受安宁疗护的比率较高。结论医护人员对待安宁疗护的知晓率较高、态度较为谨慎。安宁疗护态度的差异主要表现在年龄、性别、职称、工作年限、婚姻状况等方面。医护人员需要加强安宁疗护的专业培训,为进一步开展安宁疗护服务打下基础。

Objective To understand the cognition, attitude and influencing factors of medical staffs on hospice care. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 426 medical staffs in Shijiazhuang area. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. The frequency and percentage were used for statistical description, and the influencing factors were analyzed by chi-square test. Results 91.3% of the medical staffs surveyed knew the hospice treatment. The older medical staffs with higher education and professional titles had higher awareness of ergotherapy. At the attitude, 49.5% of the medical staffs chose to receive hospice care, and the medical staffs with high professional titles, long working years, aged, married, and males had a higher rate of receiving hospice care. Conclusion Medical staffs have a higher awareness rate and a more cautious approach to hospice care. The difference in hospice attitudes is mainly reflected in age, gender, professional title, working years, and marital status. Health care professionals need to strengthen the professional training of hospice care and lay the foundation for further hospice care services.
