护士参与心脏运动康复

Developments on nurses' participation in exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation

全民健身已成为国家战略,运动对人体的益处已被证明。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是常见的心血管疾病。运动康复不仅可以提高患者生活质量,而且能够改善心功能状况,对冠心病患者的影响意义深远。而护士是患者最直接的照顾者,其对运动康复的作用不容小视。因此,从护士在运动康复中的角色、参与康复的益处以及中国护士在运动康复的局限性及对策三个方面,对护士参与运动康复的现状和对策展开综述,以期为医务人员更好地开展运动康复提供依据。

National fitness has become a national strategy, and the benefit of exercise to the human body has been widely supported. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（coronary heart disease, CHD）is a common cardiovascular disease. Exercise rehabilitation can not only improve the quality of life, but also improve the cardiac function, which has a far-reaching significance for patients with coronary heart disease. Nurses are the primary caregivers and their effect can not be overlooked. This article reviews the role, the benefits, the limitations and the solutions of nurses in order to provide the reference and guidance for medical staff to carry out the exercise rehabilitation.
