国家公园建设会对美国民众的生活环境、科研生产以及活动范围等方面产生较大的影响。为了增强美国国家公园规划建设的民主性以及科学性,并充分提高美国公民的知情权与参与权,美国国家公园规划会邀请与公园建设密切相关的人、利益上关联的人、对于公园建设十分关心的人参与到其中。通过不同规划阶段的公众参与,能够优化公园规划方案,发挥民众的监督与民主决策的作用,使国家公园的规划方案更加完善。

National park construction has great impacts on American citizens＇ living environment,research, production and the scope of activities. In order to enhance the democracy and scientifi-city of national parks planning and construction in the United States, and fully improve citizens＇right to know and participate, closely relevant persons, stakeholders and those concerned aboutnational perk construction were invited to participate in the affairs. Public participation in differentplanning phases can optimize the national parks＇ planning scheme, bring democratic supervisionand decision-making into a role and make national parks＇ planning scheme more perfect.
