天津市合作社供给农业社会化服务的模式分析

Analysis of the Mode of Agricultural Socialization Service Provided by Tianjin Cooperatives

笔者在分析天津市合作社发展概况的基础上,对天津市合作社供给农业社会化服务的主要3种模式,土地流转合作社统一经营的服务模式,提供优势产业专业化服务的模式和提供综合型服务带动分散农户的模式进行分析,并从供给者和需求者的双重身份,提供社会化服务的综合性,公益性服务与经营性服务相互支撑和合作社带头人的作用明显4个方面总结了合作社提供农业社会服务的启示。

Based on the analysis of the development of cooperatives in Tianjin, the paper analyzed three modes of agricultural socialization service provided by Tianjin cooperatives, unified service mode, specialized service mode and integrated service. In the end, the paper summarized the enlightenment of agricultural socialization service provided by Tianjin cooperatives, such as dual role as supplier and demander, comprehensiveness of social services, mutual support between public services and business services, the quality of the leading personnel in the cooperatives.
