Analysis on the Difference of Telecommunication Duct Project Between Hong Kong and Mainland

通信管道作为通信网络的基础设施,由于受到市政规划、道路交通和周边环境等诸多因素的影响,建设难度越来越大。从许可申请、施工围蔽要求、路面恢复要求等方面详细分析了香港新建通信管道工程的特点,通过与国内工程建设特点的对比,分析总结了两地通信管道工程建设在建设流程、建设要求和工程造价上的差异。并结合以往的项目管理实例,分享了香港当地新建通信管道工程项目的管理经验,为后续香港通信管道建设项目提供参考。

As the infrastructure of communication network, communication duct construction is more and more difficult due to the influ- ence of many factors such as municipal planning, road traffic and peripheral environment. It analyses in detail the characteristics of Hong Kong＇s newly-built communication duct project from the aspects of permit application, construction enclosure re- quirements, pavement restoration requirements, etc. Through the comparison with the characteristics of domestic construction projects, it analyses and summarizes the differences in the construction process, construction requirements and project cost between the two places. Combined with previous project management examples, it shares the management experience of newly-built communication duct project to provide reference for subsequent construction projects of telecommunication duct in Hong Kong.
