基于植石工艺的桥面混凝土铺装层施工技术参数研究

摘要 为了确定植石工艺桥面混凝土铺装层的施工技术参数,选取混凝土成熟度作为碎石撒布时间的控制指标,进行了四种坍落度混凝土的贯入度试验,通过正交试验,探讨坍落度、植入时间、碎石级配、碎石撒布面积等参数对压入荷载的影响.结果表明,试验确定了针对不同坍落度混凝土的碎石撒布成熟度上限为75℃·h;针对桥面铺装100~120mm坍落度的混凝土,采用9.5~13.2mm单粒级碎石或混合料,植入深度比为0.2或0.4施工是可行的,撒布面积对压入荷载影响不明显. In order to determine the construction technical parameters of concrete pavement of bridge deck with stone planting technology, four penetration tests of slump concrete were carried out with concrete maturity as the control index of gravel spreading time. The influences of construction technical parameters such as slump, implantation time, aggregate gradation and the area of aggregate spread were discussed through orthogonal test. The test results show that the upper limit of gravel spreading time for concrete with different slump is 75 ℃ h.For the concrete with 100-120 mm slump on the bridge deck , it is feasible to use 9.5-13.2 mm single-grain crushed stone or mixture with the implantation depth ratio of 0.2 or 0.4, and the distribution area has no obvious influence on the indentation load.
