摘要
艏侧推工作时产生的高强度噪声对在附近舱室工作或休息的船员的活动造成严重的干扰.针对某海辅船的艏侧推流激管壁振动噪声问题,采用在工程上广泛应用的CFD、CSD和CA商业软件,进行了流体流动诱导侧推管道振动噪声场的数值模拟探讨.首先采用LES方法对船体外绕流和艏侧推管道内流的流场进行模拟计算,提取流体作用在侧推管道壁面的脉动压力作为艏侧推流激振动噪声的激励源;再使用有限元方法计算管壁的结构振动响应;最后,以结构振动响应作为噪声源边界,采用边界元方法数值计算管壁振动的辐射噪声.
The high-intensity noise generated during the bow pushing operation causes serious interference to the activities of crew members working or resting in nearby cabins. In order to solve the problem of vibration and noise of the bow-side thrust pipe wall of a marine auxiliary ship, the CFD, CSD and CA commercial software widely used in engineering were used to numerically simulate the vibration and noise field of the fluid flow-induced bow thruster tunnel. Firstly, the numerical simulation of water flow around the ship and through the bow thruster tunnel were conducted by LES method and the fluctuating pressure was taken as the excitation source of the flow-excited noise. Then the vibration response of the tunnel was performed with FEM. Finally, taking the vibration response of the structure as the boundary of the noise source, the radiation noise of the vibration of the bow thruster tunnel was numerically calculated by the boundary element method. This paper lays the foundation for the further study on reducing the flow-excited noise of bow thrusters.
