摘要
本文基于等效电路模型理论,提出了一种基于小单元电磁谐振集成的左手介质结构设计方案。该方案采用四个矩形多开口金属结构对称排列在介质基底单侧,构成一个左手介质单元。利用HFSS软件提取一系列有效电磁参数。结果表明,等效介电常数和等效磁导率在11.09~22GHz范围内均为负,绝对带宽可达10.91 GHz,全覆盖Ku波段,单元损耗低于0.1 d B,实现了小单元及宽频低损的特性。对该结构进行加工、制作并通过波导测试进行验证,从而证实了该结构左手特性的正确性。
A method of designing a small size left -handed structure based on the integration of electric resonator and magnetic resonator was proposed. The left -handed units are composed of four multi -opening rectangle metal symmetries that are parallel -placed on the same side of the substrate A series of effective electromagnetic parameters is extracted by the HFSS software. The results show that the structure has a double negative characteristics( ε 〈0, μ 〈0) in the 11.09-22 GHz range, which is whole over the ku band. The absolute bandwidth of left -handed character is up to 10.91 GHz and the loss of unit cell is less than 0.1 dB. The structure realizes the characteristics of a wider left -handed bandwidth with smaller cell size and lower loss. The left -hand characteri stic of the structure is proved correct through the processing and waveguide test.
