城乡公交一体化发展问题分析及解决对策

Analysis and countermeasures on the development problems of urban and rural bus integration

推动城乡公交一体化发展是促进城市经济发展、提高居民出行质量、降低城市污染排放、实现城市可持续发展的重要手段。以江苏省为例,在广泛调查典型江苏城市城乡公交一体化发展现状的基础上,讨论分析了现阶段城乡公交在网络模式以及相关建设和运营指标等方面存在的问题,并针对性的提出了解决对策,从而在建设、经济、政策等方面为合理发展城乡公交提供了建议和支持。

Promoting the integration of urban and rural public transportation is an important means to promote urban economic development, im- prove the quality of residents＇ travel, reduce urban pollution emissions, and achieve sustainable urban development. Taking Jiangsu province as an example, this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems of urban and rural public transport network mode and related construction and operation indicators at the current stage on the basis of extensive investigation of the current situation of urban and rural bus integration develop- ment in typical Jiangsu cities. The paper also put forward solutions to the problem. The research conclusions of this paper provide suggestions and support for the rational development of urban and rural public transport in terms of construction, economy and policy.
