基于适老化理念的养老建筑设计研究

人口老龄化是社会发展进程中必然阶段,中国近年来养老人群数量迅速增长,这使得养老建筑的需求也越来越大,理想的养老建筑设计必须遵循"以老为本"的适老化设计理念,在充分考虑老年人实际需求的基础上进行室内空间设计及室外环境设计,为老年人打造一个安全、健康、便捷、舒适的养老建筑空间。对适老化的设计理念内涵进行总结、阐释,并提出适老化理念下养老建筑设计的要点,包括居住空间、通行空间、卫浴空间及人际交往空间的设计,以期为适老化理念下养老建筑的设计提供参考。

In recent years, the number of the aged popula- tion in China has increased rapidly, which makes the demand of the old-age building more and more large. The ideal architectural design for the aged must follow- the idea of ＂aging oriented＇. Based on the consideration of the actual needs of the elderly, the interior space design and outdoor environment design should be carried out in order to create a safe and healthy enviromnent for the elderly. This paper sumnarizes and explains the connotation of the design concept of the suitable aging, and puts forward the key points of the design of the old-age architecture under the idea of the suitable aging, including the design of the living space, the passage space, the sanitary bath space and the interpersonal communication space.
