Human orientation, extra-low energy consumption, saving degree and eternal comfort are the characteristics of passive house. Through designing ＂passive＂ three-hall integrity construction project in Leling city, the paper describes specific design principles and measures, which has provided some guidance for the ＂passive＂ design of similar project in future.
