主要对新形势下我国城市建设的基本要求进行简要阐述,并针对现阶段建筑设计与城市规划中所存在的问题进行重点探讨和分析,给出相应的措施,以期能够实现我国城市化可持续发展目标。

This paper briefly expounds the basic requirements of urban construction in China under the new- situation, and focuses on the problems existing in the present stage of architectural design and urban planning, and gives the corresponding measures in order to achieve the sustainable development goal of urbanization in China.
