摘要 通过汉十高铁CRTS-Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝问题统计,对裂缝类型进行科学分类,从混凝土内部应力作用和材料变形作用等两个方面对道床板裂缝产生机理进行了分析,列举了产生问题的主要因素,提出了增加钢筋配置、增强轨枕块周边混凝土抗拉性能,优化混凝土配合比、控制道床板混凝土的塑性变形,严格施工过程控制、提高轨枕块与道床板混凝土粘结性等解决措施,为防止道床板裂缝问题提供有效借鉴。 This article through the Han-Shi high-speed rail CRTS-type I double block a frantic jumble rail way bedplate crack problem, scientific classification, the types of cracks are from the concrete internal stress and deformation of material role in two aspects, such as the way bedplate crack mechanisnl are analyzed, and lists the main factors that cause problems, put forward to increase steel bar configuration, sleeper piece of surrounding concrete tensile performance, optimization of the mix proportioning of the concrete, controlling concrete way bedplate plastic deforma- tion, the construction process of strict control, improve the sleeper block and road bed board concrete solving measures, such as bonding provides effective reference to prevent the bedplate crack problems.
