高速铁路桥面防水层破坏机理与整治分析

高速铁路设置桥面防水层的目的是提高其使用寿命及耐久性,但由于高速铁路车速较快,受到明显的列车风作用,加之恶劣天气的影响,雨水的渗透,从而导致桥面防水层出现起皮、脱落、空鼓、麻面等病害。主要介绍高铁桥面防水层的病害种类及产生原因,并以大西高铁白石牧马河特大桥桥面防水层整治为例,探讨了高速铁路桥面防水层病害整治的主要施工方法及质量卡控要点。

The purpose of installing waterproof layer on bridge deck in high-speed railway is to improve its service life and durability. However, because of the high speed of train, it is obviously affected by the strong wind through, besides, with the influence of bad weather and the infiltra- tion of rain water, the combination leads to the peeling, fall-off, hollowing, bitted surface and other diseases in the waterproof layer of the bridge. This paper mainly introduces the common types of diseases and its causes of the waterproof layer on bridge deck in high-speed railway, and intro- duces the main construction methods and the key points of quality control of the diseases prevention, taking the Baishimumahe bridge in Daxi high-speed railway as an example.
