摘要
从环境控制、风险控制、活动控制、信息与沟通等四方面分析了建设工程项目管理内部控制要点,内部控制要点的实施使建设工程项目管理内部各部门、各岗位形成较为系统的既相互制约又具有纵横交错关系的统一整体,是建设工程项目的顺利实施所采取的一系列必要的管理措施,最终实现建设工程项目内部控制的总体目标。
This article from the environment control, risk control, activily control, information and conmunication and so on four aspects of con- struction project management are analyzed and key points of internal control, internal control points of the implementation of the construction engi- neering project management internal departments, form the price system is mutual restriction and each position shall be criss-crossed relationship of unified whole, is the construction of the smooth implementation of the project has taken a series of necessary management measures, ultimately achieve the overall objectives of internal control construction project.
