Discussion of the Specialization Construction of Librarians from Public Library Law

阐释了《公共图书馆法》中对图书馆员的专业化要求,从职业准入、继续教育、职称评聘、专业化的主导推动机构等四个方面分析了我国公共图书馆馆员的专业化现状和存在的问题,从职业资格制度、馆员继续教育培训、职称评聘及相关岗位管理制度、少儿馆员专业化等四个方面提出了当前公共图书馆馆员专业化建设的可行性建议。

This article outlines the specialized requirements of Public Library Law for librarians, and analyzes the specialization status and problems of librarians in China＇ s public libraries from four aspects such as professional ac- cess, continuing education, evaluation and engagement of professional titles and professional driving agencies. Then gives some practical suggestions on specialization construction of librarians in public libraries from the system of professional qualifications, continuing education training for librarians, the system of evaluation and engagement of professional titles and related post management, and children librarians＇ professionalization.
