不同冲击头参数对冲击过载影响研究

摘要 为了在实验室内更准确地检验侵彻弹中引信的抗冲击过载性能,借助有限元分析方法研究了冲击头的材料、厚度和撞击的角度、速度对被冲击件过载的影响。研究结果表明,钢制冲击头比铝制冲击头产生的冲击脉宽要大,冲击头厚度仅对被冲击件过载峰值有影响,撞击角度在90°时被冲击件所承受的冲击过载最大,被冲击件的过载峰值与撞击速度呈线性关系。 In order to verify the impact resistance of the fuze in projectile more accurately through laboratory testing, it uses the finite method to analyze the overloads of the impacted-part in the conditions made of different materials and different thickness and the different impact angles and velocity. It obtains that the impact pulse width of steel impact hammer is larger than that of aluminum alloy impact hammer, the thickness of impact hammer only affects the maximum of the overload, the impact overload is the maximum when the impact angle is around 90 degrees, the maximum of the overload is linear with impact velocity.
