矢量过偏心孔中心的多个外周孔加工

摘要 为了解决矢量过偏心孔中心的工件其多个外周孔的找正及加工难点,分析了卧式加工中心工作台回转中心与工件坐标系之间的关系,以及工作台旋转后工件坐标系、工件外周孔坐标的变化,并把外周孔的孔位计算及孔的加工指令编制成FANUC系统的宏程序,通过卧式加工中心实现工件坐标系自动平移、工作台旋转后的孔位找正,完成矢量过偏心孔中心的工件的多个外周孔加工。利用此宏程序加工的零件各尺寸符合图样,解决了工件校正难、孔位精度不易控制的问题,减轻了工人装夹工件的劳动强度,并且大大缩短了加工时间。 Aiming at the alignment and processing difficulty of multiple peripheral holes with vectors around the eccentric center hole, it analyzes the relationship between the rotary center of horizontal machining center workbench and workpiece coordinate system, obtains the changing rule of workpiece coordinate system and workpiece peripheral holes coordinate at workbench rotating, designs the program for calculating position of peripheral holes and sets the processing instruction into macro program in FANUC system. Using this macro program, all dimensions of the parts are in accordance with the pattern. This solves the difficulty in workpiece calibration and controlling the precision of hole position, reduces the workload of the workpiece clamping from human and the processing time considerably.
