基于ABAQUS的局部缺陷滚子轴承动力学研究

The dynamics analysis on local defect cylindrical roller bearing based on ABAQUS

以外圈带有局部剥落缺陷的圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,基于ABAQUS显式求解建立有限元动力学模型。在一定径向载荷及内圈转速下,模拟了滚子滚过剥落缺陷的过程。通过该过程中系统等效应力、外滚道节点接触应力的变化规律与特点,分析了外圈剥落缺陷对圆柱滚子轴承的影响。最后根据滚子与内圈接触点位移变化规律判断了滚子在剥落缺陷中的运动状态。

Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit it builds the finite element dynamic model of cylindrical roller bearing with local desquamating defect on the outer raceway, simulates the process of roller rolling over the defect in the condition of certain radial load and inner ring speed. Based on the variation laws and characteristics of the equivalent stress of the bearing and the contact stress of the outer raceway, it analyzes the influence of the desquamating defect on the cylindrical roller bearing, describes the displacement of the contact between the roller and the inner ring, obtains the moving state of the roller in the local desquamating defect.
