摘要
搭建了一套以多功能工作站组成的实验型生产系统为监控对象的监控系统,利用三菱PLC、CC-LINK总线和EV触摸屏对系统硬件进行了设计,根据需求设计了系统软件的架构,确定了软件各模块的功能,并运用组态软件EV5000对监控系统各模块的界面进行了详细设计。
Taking an experimental production system made up of multifunction workstation as the research object, it uses the Mitsubishi PLC industrial field bus technology CC-LINK and EV touch-screen to build the monitoring system, designs the systematic hardware. Based on the system requirements analysis, it proposes the system architecture as well as the modular functions. Finally, it shows the detail about the modular interface of the monitoring software based on the configuration software EV5000.
