摘要
设计了一种插销式液压升降平台,根据其液压系统工作原理设置平台的控制方式为自动控制和手动单步控制。基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)建立了插销式液压升降平台自动控制系统流程,并运用TIA Portal软件编写控制程序,建立了自动顺序工作功能图。利用PID指令控制策略对4个主液压缸进行控制,通过调节电液比例调速阀,使其实现同步工作。
It proposes the design of a plug hydraulic lifting platform. According to the working principle of the hydraulic system, the control mode of the platform is automatic and manual one-step control. Based on programmable logic controller (PLC), it establishes the automatic control system flow of plug-in hydraulic lifting platform, develops the control program in TIA Portal software, builds the automatic sequential working function diagram. PID command control strategy controls four main hydraulic cylinders,adjusting electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulating valve realizes the synchronous operation.
