摘要
为拓展有阀压电泵的应用,开发了输出性能优于传统有阀压电泵的螺旋线形阀压电泵,同时设计了单臂螺旋线形弹性固支阀和旋转对称(双臂)螺旋线形固支阀两种结构形式。首先介绍了两种结构阀压电泵及阀的结构,然后比较了两种泵的流量公式,结合实验结果分析了当流体密度、黏度及阀材料的切变模量、阀的曲臂宽和曲臂厚等参数变化时,两种阀的适用性。结果显示当流体密度ρ1和运动黏度υ、阀材料的切变模量G、阀曲臂厚b较大时,可优先选用双臂阀压电泵,当阀曲臂宽a较大时可优先选用单臂阀压电泵。
In order to extend the application of piezoelectric pump with valve,the spiral linear valve piezoelectric pump with the output performance superior to the traditional valve piezoelectric pump is developed. At the same time,two kinds of structure forms,which are the single-arm spiral linear elastic clamping valve and rotating symmetry (two-arms) spiral linear clamping valve are designed. In this paper, the structure of piezoelectric pump and valve is introduced, the pump flow formula is compared. Then based on experimental results, it analyzes the applicability of two valves for larger pump flow with density, viscosity, the shear modulus of valve material, the changing width and thickness of curved arm of valve.The results show that when the fluid density and the kinematic viscosity, the shear modulus G of the valve material and the thickness b of the valve arm are larger, the double arm valve piezoelectric pump can be selected preferred, and the single arm valve piezoelectric pump can be preferred when the width of the valve bend arm is larger.
