引入关联大数据分析的老年人银行自助终端设计 被引量:2

Design of bank self-service terminal for elderly people with associated big data analysis

摘要 根据银行自助终端设备无人值守的特点,设计了一种大数据关联需求特征推送算法,通过分析老年群体的需求特征,构建老年群体的需求文本,并利用关联大数据进行文本解析。运用该算法对老年用户需求进行处理,主要通过智能展示层、业务智能处理层和业务应用接口层来完成。在对老年人需求大数据分析的基础上,设计了老年人银行自助终端,该终端包括业务处理模块、数据库存储模块、设备安全监控模块、电子交易流水管理模块、设备升级模块。根据老年人常见的操作需求大数据构建关联推送,测试结果显示,设备运行稳定,推送结果准确。 Based on the functions of self-service terminal equipment of the bank, it designs a large data association demand feature push algorithm, analyzes the special demand characteristics of the elderly group, constructs the demand text of the elderly group. Using the large related data to parse the text, it verifies this algorithm in the needs of the elderly users. The processing flow mainly includes three layers, namely, access intelligent display layer, business intelligent processing layer and business application interface layer. Based on the analysis of the large demand data of the elderly, it designs the self-service terminal of the elderly bank, which includes business processing module, database storage module, equipment security monitoring module, electronic transaction flow management module, equipment upgrade module. The test results show that the device runs stably and the result is accurate.
