摘要
采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、宏观检查、断口形貌分析、金相组织分析等方法,对多功能实验台中连接电机与实验装置的DY08型弹性联轴器断裂失效进行分析。结果表明:联轴器内侧存在残留加工刀痕,引起应力集中,形成裂纹源;材料中存在脆硬相,在交变应力的作用下,裂纹加速扩展,使联轴器发生疲劳断裂。即联轴器断裂的主要原因是存在加工缺陷,其断口呈现疲劳脆性断裂特征。
Based on chemical component analysis, hardness test, macroscopic examination, fracture morphology analysis as well as metallographic detection, it analyzes the fracture failure of an DY08 aluminum alloy elastic coupling between the connecting motor and the experiment device. The results indicate that there are the residual processing knife marks on the inside of the coupling, which causes the stress concentration and forming a crack source, furthermore, there are the brittle hard phases in the material. With the action of alternating stress, the crack expands quickly and causes the fatigue fracture of the coupling. The principal reason for the fracture of the coupling is the machining defects. The fracture surface of the coupling is characterized by fatigue brittle fracture.
