面向螺旋锥齿轮数控机床的故障诊断系统建设探讨

The study on the construction of fault diagnosis system for spiral bevel gear NC machine tool

针对螺旋锥齿轮数控机床的故障诊断问题,基于故障树分析法,利用VB6. 0软件构建故障诊断系统,实现故障信息的录入、项目内容检索和诊断结果查询。该诊断系统通过逐层搜索和分析,可以快速发现螺旋锥齿轮数控机床故障,找出相应的原因,并给出解决的办法。

Aiming at the fault diagnosis system for spiral bevel gear NC machine tool, it develops a new fault diagnosis system in VB6.0 and fault tree analysis method. The system can realize the analysis of layer by layer and such functions as input of fault information, retrieval of project contents and query of diagnostic results, finally finds fast the fault for spiral bevel gear NC machine tool, provides the corresponding reasons and solution.
