慢性病毒性肝炎小鼠动物模型的建立及胞嘧啶-磷酸-鸟嘌呤寡脱氧核苷酸联合恩替卡韦干预作用机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 慢性病毒性肝炎是由多种肝炎病毒引起的以肝脏病变为主的一种传染性疾病,严重影响患者健康及生活。对于慢性病毒性干预以抗病毒为主,但是患者需要长期用药,导致患者药物依从性较差,难以达到预期的治疗效果。目前,临床上对于慢性病毒性肝炎尚缺乏理想的动物模型阐述其发病机制,导致临床对其防治研究受到很大的局限性[1]。
