等效介电系数经验公式在酯交换反应中的应用

摘要 化学反应体系内的介电特性是影响微波强化化学反应的一个重要参数,针对固体酸催化剂催化甲醇和菜籽油的酯交换反应体系,通过实验测量4个不同温度下反应体系的等效介电系数随反应时间的变化,运用黄卡玛经验公式计算得到任意温度和任意时刻反应体系的等效介电系数,并将计算值与实验值进行对比,验证了此经验公式的合理性。 The dielectric property of the material is an important parameter which affects chemical reaction of microwaves. Aiming at the transesterification reaction system of the methanol and rapeseed oil catalyzed by solid acid catalyst, the variation of the reaction system's equivalent dielectric coefficient which changing with reaction time at four different temperatures was measured. Having the equivalent dielectric coefficient of the reaction system at any temperature and at any time calculated through the empirical formula proposed by Huang Kama and then having them compared with the experimental value verily the rationality of this empirical formula.
