摘要
板式空气预热器在含硫烟气工况应用中,金属壁面温度低于烟气露点温度时产生露点腐蚀,严重影响空气预热器性能。研究分析了板式空气预热器烟气露点温度计算公式、防腐结构设计、材料选择及涂层处理等问题,给出了板式空气预热器可行防腐措施和未来防腐研究方向。
When applying plate air preheater to the sulfur-containing flue gas, the metal wall' s temperature lower than the dew-point temperature of the flue gas can incur a dew point corrosion which seriously affects the performance of the air preheater. The calculation formula of flue gas dew point temperature, the design of anticorrosive structure, material selection and coating treatment were studied and analyzed and the feasible anticorrosion measures for the plate air preheater were presented, including the future research direction of anticorrosion measures.
