基于ANSYS高压容器封头与筒体对接处应力分析 被引量:4

摘要 高压容器球形封头与筒体对接处由于结构的不连续会产生高应力,利用ANSYS建立不同切削与对接形式的球形封头与筒体对接的有限元模型。对比分析结果,得到不同对接形式的球形封头与筒体对接处应力的影响规律。在进行高压容器半球形封头与筒体对接时,可在筒体处切削并选用封头与筒体进行中径对接的形式,或在封头处切削并且封头与筒体进行内平齐或中径对接的形式,从而减小材料所受到的最大应力值。 High stress may occur in the docking zone between cylinder and spherical head of the high pressure vessel due to the discontinuous structure there. Making use of ANSYS to establish finite element models of different docking forms was implemented. Through comparing and analyze the results, the influence rule of stress in the docking zone between spherical head and cylinder with different docking forms was obtained. When the high-pressure vessel hemispherical head is docked with the cylinder, the cylinder can be cut and the form of medium diameter docking of head and cylinder should be chosen, or the head can be cut and the form of inside flat docking or medium diameter docking of head and cylinder should be chosen to reduce the maximum stress value of the material.
