立铣变截面涡旋齿组合型线的进给量分析

摘要 以基圆渐开线组合线为对象,基于型线曲率半径的时变性,采用双圆弧逼近法对型线的立铣刀位轨迹进行处理,建立铣削型线的进给量模型。结果表明,铣削外壁的实际进给量小于设定的进给量,铣削内壁的实际进给量大于设定的进给量,二者都随刀位轨迹呈非线性减小。 In this paper, through taking the combination profile of base circle involute as the object and basing on the time-varying characteristics of the profile's curvature radius, the double circular arc approximation method was used to process tool path of the scroll profile and to establish the teed rate model tor the end milling scroll profile. The results show that, the actual teed rate is smaller than preset teed rate in the end milling outer profile, meanwhile, the actual teed rate in the end milling inner profile is larger than the preset one and both of them are nonlinear decreasing with the tool path.
