摘要 介绍一种间接制冷技术,在制冷系统管路中增加二次冷却液储液罐,使制冷剂将冷量传递给载冷剂,然后再通过泵在常压下将载冷剂的冷量传递给库房实现制冷。同时该系统在压缩机后设有热交换器及除霜液储罐,当冷库间进行除霜时,将除霜液通过泵输送到冷库间进行热除霜。该系统中载冷剂与除霜液均为冰河冷媒专利产品,解决了传统直接制冷系统存在的安全性问题,延长设备使用寿命。同时当夜间电费低时,可以将制冷机满负荷运行,冷量储存在载冷剂中,白天用电量大时,关闭制冷机组,让储存的冷量进行循环,实现了电力的移峰填谷。 Introduce an indirect refrigeration technology,coolant buffer tank is added at the pipeline of refrigeration system,quantity of cold energy is transmitted from refrigerant to coolant,And then normal pressure coolant is pumped to cold storage for refrigeration. Moreover hear exchanger and warm liquid storage tank are arranged behind the the compressor,When frost removing,the warm liquid is pumped to the cold storage. The coolant and frost removing liquid in the system are Icy River Coolant proprietary products,the system solves security issues of the traditional direct refrigeration system,and extends life of equipment. Meanwhile When electricity fees is low at night,you can run refrigerator at full capacity,quantity of cold energy is stored in the coolant,Turn off refrigerator when the power consumption is high during the day time,at this time,stored quantity of cold energy circulates,the system achieves peak shift of power valley.
