不同药剂对辣椒菌核病菌的抑制效果试验 被引量:2

摘要 将戊唑醇、咯菌腈、烯酰吗啉、啶酰菌胺、苯醚甲环唑分别设置0.01μg/mL、0.1μg/mL、1μg/mL、5μg/mL、10μg/mL、100μg/mL浓度开展辣椒菌核病抑菌试验。试验结果表明,戊唑醇对辣椒菌核病菌的抑制率相对较高,其次为咯菌腈、啶酰菌胺、苯醚甲环唑,烯酰吗啉对辣椒菌核病菌的抑制效果相对较低。回归分析可知,戊唑醇对辣椒菌核病菌的ED50值为0.65μg/mL,表现低抗;苯醚甲环唑、啶酰菌胺对辣椒菌核病菌的ED50值分别为1.16786μg/mL和2.96226μg/mL,表现中抗;咯菌腈、烯酰吗啉对辣椒菌核病菌的ED50值分别为5.1999μg/mL和217.76μg/mL,表现高抗。
