摘要
以壳聚糖为原料,经气体SO_3硫酸化和氢氧化钠中和后得到了壳聚糖硫酸钠(CHS)。采用FT-IR、元素分析及CP-MAS ^(13)C NMR对产品的结构进行了鉴定,结果表明,CHS的硫酸酯基取代度为1.75。通过表面张力、浊度、Zeta电位和透射电子显微镜测试研究了其与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)复配体系的吸附和聚集行为,结果表明CHS/CTAB的复配体系具有很高的表面活性和低临界胶束浓度,其可以在疏水作用和静电引力的共同作用下依次形成球状聚集体、沉淀、囊泡和类球状聚集体。
Using chitosan as raw material, chitosan sulfate (CHS) was synthesized by sulfonation with SO3 gas as the sulfating agentand neutralization with NaOH. FT-IR, elemental analysis and solid-state CP-MAS 13C NMR were used to characterize the structureof the product. The results show that the substitution degree of sulfate group on CHS is 1.75. The adsorption and aggregation behaviorof the mixture of CHS and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) were studied by surface tension, turbidity, zeta potential andtransmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that the CHS/CTAB mixture has high surface activity and low critical aggregationconcentration. The CHS/CTAB mixture successively forms spherical aggregates, precipitates, vesicles and spheroidal aggregates due tothe cooperative hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions.
