摘要
实验室三氧化硫磺化装置由液体SO_2为起始剂,催化转化后形成气体SO_3,用于磺化反应,反应产生的尾气经两级吸收可安全排放。装置由三氧化硫发生、空气干燥、磺化和老化、中和、尾气处理等几大工序组成,可以在实验室内实现气体三氧化硫的稳定产出,平稳完成磺化反应。目前实验室三氧化硫磺化装置经过多年发展已经形成系列化,特别是经过四次优化升级,装置预热更快,磺化量更小,具有快速、稳定、安全和环保的多重优势。
Liquid SO2 was used as starting material and then catalytically converted to SO3 which was used for sulfonation onlaboratory devices. The exhaust produced by the reaction can be safely discharged through two-stage absorption. The devices aremade up of several key processes, such as SO3 generation, drying of air, sulfonation and aging, neutralization and tail gas treatment,which can produce SO3 stably and complete the sulfonation reaction smoothly in laboratory. At present, these laboratory devices havebeen serialized after years of development. Especially, faster heating and less dosage of sulfonation have been achieved through fouroptimization and upgrading, indicative of the advantages of being fast, stable, safe and environment-protective.
